Batch upload files should contain at least two records (not including the headers) and no more than 10,000 records.
What is the SLA for Batch Upload processing? #
Enterprise clients can expect to receive their batch request back within one hour, and self-serve clients can expect to receive it back within six hours.
How does pricing work for Batch Upload? #
There are no additional fees for Batch Upload requests at this time. They will be billed at the standard API query rate that your account uses.
For example, if your account’s rate for Reverse Phone API queries is $0.07 per query, and you process a batch for 100 queries, your account would be billed for 100 queries at that rate.
What file format is supported? #
Batch Upload supports the CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file format only.
Do my CSV headers need to match the template exactly? #
No. After you upload a CSV file, Batch Upload shows each required field for your selected product next to the columns in your file and automatically suggests a match for each one. You can review or change the mapping before you submit. Templates are available above if you’d rather start from a known format.
How can you view the job status for Batch Upload? #

- The batch job is submitted successfully.
- The batch job is completed.
- There’s a system error, or processing is taking longer than expected.
Can you run multiple Batch Upload jobs simultaneously? #
Yes, but there’s a daily limit of 10 batch jobs per account.
How does Batch Upload handle invalid data? #
- The system processes the file and charges for all API calls.
- Invalid rows (or rows missing the required input parameter values) are marked in the output CSV in the warnings column.
- No rows are skipped, maintaining the same order as the input file.
