Trestle charges per API call. The self-serve pricing for select query packages is available on our pricing page. These query volumes are reset every month. If you reach the limit before the end of the month, your access to the API might be interrupted before the billing month finishes and the query count resets. We have the self-serve pricing for select query packages available on the pricing page.
In addition to the self-serve packages, Trestle also has enterprise custom pricing where businesses, depending on their business needs, can commit to minimum monthly query volumes at a discounted price. The discounted prices depend on the volume and the term length committed.
The billing cycle starts at the beginning of the month with invoicing sent out within the first week with net 30 terms. For contracts that start in the middle of the month, the billing and committed queries are prorated for the remaining days of the month and are part of the invoice of the subsequent month.
Once the committed volumes are reached within a month, additional queries are not blocked, or there is no punitive pricing for them. Instead, these additional queries within the month are charged at the committed volume pricing rate and billed in the subsequent month.
Note that if you are using Trestle’s APIs within ActiveProspect, Twilio, etc., the pricing and the term commitments may vary depending on the platform.
