If you want to review your usage of Trestle’s APIs, you have a few options to review this data. Trestle can provide you with additional context into the usage we have tracked.
Usage data in the Trestle Developer Portal #
If you simply want to review your recent usage, Trestle’s Developer Portal has a Usage Page that can be referenced for a quick view of your API key usage. The Developer Portal Usage Page provides the following criteria for filtering your view:
- API Key
Once you’ve filtered down to the usage you want to review, you can export a CSV file to make it easier to review specific date ranges or filter by other usage metrics. Most usage review use cases can be accomplished with this page in the Developer Portal.
Please note: Usage data is currently available in the Trestle Developer Portal from early November 2023 and forward. Usage data from before that time is not available for export.
More Granular Usage Requests #
If the Developer Portal Usage Page is not granular enough for what you need, Trestle can provide usage data for some more granular insight into the source of the queries being requested with your API key. Trestle can filter down to the following data points for up to 60 days from the date the queries are requested:
- Date and Time
- API Key Name
- IP Address (For usage after December 15th, 2023)
You can submit a request with the details and the reason for this request to email@example.com, and we will follow up within two business days with the requested logs if the request is approved. Please include details like the timeframe (e.g., 30 days of usage broken down by hour or day) and criteria (e.g., include IP address, API key name, and/or status).
Once a usage report based on these criteria has been delivered, we will then determine if further discussion or support is needed.
