Trestle’s Phone Validation Add-On within ActiveProspect’s LeadConduit platform validates the metadata attributes associated with a given phone number, including is valid, is the number connected or disconnected, is prepaid, line type, carrier, and more. This allows ActiveProspect’s customers to leverage Trestle’s Phone Validation API capabilities right within the platform without having to do any additional integration with contracting or billing, and it is all managed as part of the platform itself.
Please select both these options in the workflow to weed out invalid/disconnected numbers.
- Invalid Number – The phone number syntax is incorrect or not assigned to a carrier.
- Inactive Number – No activity has been seen for the phone number in the last 90 days.
The step criteria selected for these options are:
- is_valid=false (Invalid Number) OR activity_score <=30 (Inactive Number), then skip the lead
Once these options are selected, the leads with invalid or disconnected numbers will automatically be filtered out so that sales teams can focus on the best leads.
