One of the first questions we get from prospects and customers alike is, “What is your coverage and accuracy, and how does it compare to Vendor X or Vendor Y?”
At Trestle, we want to be as transparent as possible about these numbers because we believe our customers should know that information from any vendor, as it expedites a lot of the decision-making process on both sides. So here it is:
Attribute Category | Coverage | Accuracy |
Phone Carrier/Line Type | 99+% | 99+% |
Phone Activity Score | 99+% | False positives below 1% |
Name associated with a phone | 93% | 90+% |
Demographic (age, gender) details of the phone subscriber | 78% | N/A |
The address associated to the subscriber | 87% | 90+% |
Additional numbers | 90+% | N/A |
For simplicity, the numbers are specific to our phone APIs. However, you can expect similar coverage for our other API attributes. For example, Real Contact API will have similar coverage for Phone Line Type, Phone Activity Score, and Name Match (i.e., Coverage from above).
Also, we want to clarify certain definitions using an attribute example:
- Coverage: Percentage of times Trestle will have a name for a phone number queried.
- Accuracy: Percentage of times Trestle has the right name associated with the phone number.
These statistics are based on all the queries seen by Trestle across all its customers. Depending on the waterfall placement, some of these numbers might change.
Going head-to-head against any other identity data provider, we will come out on top with these numbers. We are extremely confident about it, but of course, we want our customers to test and confirm as well. Please contact us if you want to run a data test to confirm these numbers or if you want to learn more about Trestle’s coverage and accuracy.
