Coverage and accuracy can be understood with an attribute example (name associated with a phone):
- Coverage: Percentage of times Trestle has a name for a phone number queried.
- Accuracy: Percentage of times Trestle has the correct name associated with the phone number.
These statistics are based on all the queries Trestle has seen across all its customers, with a subset of them providing disposition data and truth sets collected by Trestle. Depending on the waterfall placement, some of these numbers might change.
In some cases, the quality of the request will impact the result as well. We cannot guarantee the numbers in the tables above because we do not control the quality of the queries submitted to Trestle. However, when using real-world data samples, you can generally expect results that align with the tables above (+/- a few percentage points).
