- Monthly Data Refresh: All Trestle API data were refreshed in July as part of our monthly practice to ensure the most up-to-date information is available.
- New Spam Check Add-on: A new Spam Check Add-on identifies phone numbers associated with spam, returning is_spam through the API and in batch runs. Customers can enable it from the product detail pages in the Developer Portal. Spam data refreshes continuously.
- Spam Risk in Data Assessment: The Real Contact Data Assessment now reports spam risk alongside litigator risk for records in an uploaded list.
- Improved Line Type Accuracy: Line type and prepaid status are now returned for a wider range of carriers.
Real Contact API:
- Expanded Name Matching: Real Contact 1.1 and 2.0 return a name match in more cases, for both phone and email inputs, with response times unchanged.
- Business Name Support: Business names are now matched when supplied in the name parameter, alongside person names.
Decision Console:
- Social Profiles: Console now shows the social profiles linked to an input email or phone number, including the platform, the name on the profile, the username, and the URL. Where several identities match the input, the strongest appears first. Sandbox data is available so users can try the feature before running live queries.
- Phone-to-Address Match: The Phone Attribute Card now shows the Phone-to-Address Match result alongside the other phone checks.
- Updated Identity Score: Identity Score is now calculated with an updated weighting model.
Decision Signals API:
- Additional Phone Attributes: is_commercial, is_prepaid, and country_code are now returned in the Decision Signals API response.
Developer Portal:
- Expanded Sign-Up Domains: Sign-up now accepts a wider range of business email domains.
- Flexible Batch Input: Batch uploads now recognize first name and last name supplied in separate columns.
- Faster Team Member List: The Add Team Member list now loads in pages with a load-more option, so it opens quickly for teams with many users.

Integrations:
- New Phone Validation App for HubSpot: A Phone Validation app is now available for HubSpot. It validates single contacts, bulk contacts, and lists, writing Phone Valid, Phone Activity Score, Phone Line Type, Phone Carrier, Litigator Risk, and Warnings to each contact. The app returns the standardized phone number to HubSpot and supports international numbers.
- Litigator Check Add-on in HubSpot: Litigator Checks are available in the HubSpot app as an Add-on.
Reliability and Platform Improvements:
- Access Control: When a product is disabled or revoked for a Console user, their queries now stop immediately.
- Privacy Requests: The Platform API /privacy-requests endpoint now handles right-to-access requests, where a consumer asks what data is held about them.

- Add-On Support: A new add-on, Email Age Score, is now available to check the estimated age and activity of an email address. Customers can enable this by passing add_ons=email_checks_age as a request parameter for the API request. This is available for both real-time API calls and batch reports.
Developer Portal Improvements:

- Secure Query Hashing: Customer query inputs (such as phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses) are now securely hashed using the SHA-512 algorithm. These hashed values are retained for a maximum of two years to help enhance response accuracy, while ensuring that the original data remains irreversible and fully secure.

- Carrier and Line Type Coverage: Our coverage for carrier and line type has improved through the addition of retry logic. In cases where the carrier information was not fetched on the first attempt, the system now retries automatically.
Find Person API
- Postal Code Search Fallback Improvements: We’ve enhanced our Find Person API by adding fallback logic. When a unit or apartment number is missing or invalid, or if the house number is missing/invalid and we cannot find a response to the query, the search will be expanded to look for the person in the postal code. An appropriate warning has also been added: Search expanded using the valid location parameters.

- Resolved Attribute Issue: A bug was caused by configuration parameters, resulting in decreased coverage, but it has been resolved.

- Monthly Data Refresh: All Trestle API data were refreshed in May as part of our monthly practice to ensure the most up-to-date information is available.

- Invalid JSON Handling: A bug was fixed in our phone APIs where non-numeric inputs were returning is_valid = null instead of is_valid = false. This issue was resolved to ensure proper validation.
