Enrichment of Non-U.S. (+1 ) Phone Numbers:
We enhanced name coverage and enrichment of non-U.S. +1 phone numbers by adding new data sources.
Improved Phone Activity Score for International Numbers:
The accuracy of Activity Scores for international numbers has been enhanced, which makes it easier to differentiate between active and inactive international numbers.
Line Type and Geographic Coverage Improvements:
- We enabled coverage for ported carriers in Canada through a new data source, improving accuracy and reliability across line types.
- We enhanced enrichment for non-U.S. +1 phone numbers by adding new data sources, providing more complete carrier, location, and status information.
Real Contact API Enhancements:
We had several improvements and enhancements across our Real Contact API. A few of these include:
- Improved match accuracy and reduced false positives by adding additional data sources.
- Optimized Real Contact API architecture for better scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Refined email deliverability warnings for greater clarity of results.
Security and Infrastructure Improvements
This quarter, we made key upgrades to strengthen system performance, scalability, and security across our platform. We enhanced overall system performance by increasing burst limits for short durations, allowing smoother handling of high request volumes.
Significant latency improvements were achieved across all API products by optimizing authentication functions, which substantially reduces execution times.
Our infrastructure also received major updates, ensuring better reliability and observability across environments.
We completed a third-party penetration test and expanded our compliance team, reinforcing our commitment to secure development and deployment practices.
Developer Portal Improvements
Improving the user experience on our Developer Portal was the foundation of our Q3 strategy. We introduced multiple updates across the user journey, from sign-up to testing, to make the platform more intuitive, transparent, and efficient.
- The sign-in and sign-up experience is now smoother than ever through various experience improvements. Our efforts contributed to a 40% increase in sign-ups in Q3.
- A major highlight of Q3 was the launch of a dedicated Integrations page, now available directly on the portal sidebar. This page centralizes all available integrations in one place, helping users discover and connect tools that enhance their workflows.
- The Batch Upload experience saw important refinements as well. Data assessment reports now include more actionable recommendations, and error messages have been rewritten for clarity and context, especially in cases of insufficient funds or incorrect file formats. We also enhanced file validation to prevent processing errors, ensuring more reliable and accurate batch uploads.
- Lastly, we improved API key management. The “Your API Keys” page now provides clearer guidance on how to reactivate expired or disabled keys. Depending on their plan type (trial, self-serve, or enterprise) users see direct links to the most relevant next steps, helping them resolve access issues faster and more independently.
Integrations
This quarter, we made meaningful strides in growing our integration ecosystem and strengthening visibility across partner tools.
- New integrations went live with Clickpoint Software, Apollo.io, and Fravity AI, extending our reach across sales engagement and CRM platforms, as well as orchestration platforms.
- As mentioned previously, a dedicated Integrations page was added to the Developer Portal, making it easier for users to explore and activate integrations.
We closed the quarter with deeper partner engagement and a clearer view of where collaboration drives the most impact.
Looking Ahead
In Q4, we are building on the momentum of this record quarter with smarter insights, stronger global data, and more powerful APIs. We’re excited to keep scaling with our users and continue setting new benchmarks for data accuracy and performance.
