Trestle’s Q1 2023 Product Development Recap

As we begin a new quarter, we want to give a recap of what all we accomplished with our key product and engineering deliverables in Q1.
Over the last few months, we did a lot of work behind the scenes to add scalability and security/privacy controls to elevate the enterprise class maturity of our platform. We will not list them all, but for our customers, they saw 100% uptime this quarter for the 250M queries we serve monthly. This is a testament to the resilient and scalable architecture we talked about earlier and our years of experience working with big data.
Canada Coverage: We added Canada identity coverage earlier this quarter. This included person and business entities, phone metadata, and address linkages. Coverage improvement is a never-ending journey, and this is just the beginning. We are excited to have additional geographic coverage beyond the U.S. The data is available through our Reverse Phone, Find Person, and Reverse Address APIs.
Name Hint: This is the first feature to leverage our network and is available through our Phone Lookup APIs. Our customers who include a Name Hint as part of their query parameter can see over a 15% improvement in name accuracy for the primary phone owner, which is especially helpful for family plans.
Introducing the Trestle network will probably be the single most impactful thing we do this year. Just as we source data, the Trestle network will bring a variety of insights for our customers. From weeding out bad leads to being able to prioritize the good ones, the network data leveraging the Trestle scale and reach will be the differentiating factor for our best-in-class lead management and call operations products.
Phone Activity Score: One of the most frequently asked questions we get from our customers and partners: Is the phone active, assigned to a subscriber, or is it disconnected? We are excited to have this as part of our Phone Validation API product. This is another feature where the power of our network and our scale will enable continued accuracy and coverage improvements. More to come on this in the following weeks.
That’s it for now though. We cannot wait to take these updates and enhance business operations for our customers.
We have an aggressive roadmap planned for Q2. The high-level themes are launching our first multi-input verification product, as well as performance and accuracy improvements to our existing solutions.
