Trestle’s Q4 2024 Product Recap: Advancing Identity Data Solutions
As we begin 2025, we’re excited to reflect on Q4 2024. Our mission to provide industry-leading identity data APIs has driven several product launches and enhancements last quarter to help our customers improve their data quality, make operations more efficient, and achieve better results. Here’s a recap of the key highlights from Q4 2024:
Real-Time Email Validation
We incorporated a real-time email validation feature as part of our Real Contact API that shows whether an email is valid and deliverable. This new feature reduces bounce rates and improves campaign performance.
Batch Upload Feature
We created a Batch Upload feature available in the Developer Portal for customers handling large volumes of data. This tool allows users to validate or enrich multiple records simultaneously by uploading a CSV file. Results are delivered within a few minutes, enabling efficient data management for one-time or recurring use cases. Batch Upload supports our full suite of API products, making it a versatile solution for businesses of all sizes.
Free Data Assessment for Contact Verification
We introduced Real Contact Data Assessment, a free tool that allows businesses to upload a CSV file of their lead/contact lists and receive aggregated insights into the health of their data. This assessment benchmarks your contact data against industry peers, offering actionable insights to improve accuracy and effectiveness. The response has been positive, with customers leveraging these insights to optimize their campaigns and data management practices.
Litigator Checks Add-On
We recently launched a litigator check add-on feature to our Real Contact API and Phone Validation API. This new feature helps businesses identify phone numbers linked to professional litigators, reduces risk, and ensures compliance in outbound communication.
Enhanced HubSpot Integration within the Developer Portal
We now have a way for HubSpot users to utilize Real Contact via our Developer Portal. Our improved integration with HubSpot through our Developer Portal enables you to connect to your HubSpot account and upload a contact list to validate records. You can also connect directly with our Real Contact Phone Grading App within HubSpot and start verifying your contacts in your CRM. To check out this new feature, sign up or log in to the Developer Portal and click “HubSpot Integration” on the left menu.
SOC 2 Type 1 Certification
We proudly achieved SOC 2 Type 1 certification this quarter. This process was a rigorous six-month effort from our team, including internal audits, refining security policies, and documenting our security measures. Achieving this certification demonstrates our commitment to privacy, security, and compliance, and it validates our team’s hard work and focus on building systems our customers can trust to protect their data.
Snowflake Marketplace App
We’re thrilled to announce our integration with the Snowflake Marketplace, featuring our Phone Validation (with Connected/Disconnected Check) API. This integration enables Snowflake users to access Trestle’s phone validation capabilities directly within Snowflake’s data warehouse environment. This app allows businesses to validate phone data at scale, ensuring high-quality data for their operations.
Affiliate Program Launch
To expand our reach and reward our partners, we launched the Trestle Affiliate Program, which allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Trestle’s products. By partnering with Trestle, affiliates can help their networks access next-generation identity data solutions while growing their own businesses.
